Minimum Wage 2025 Washington State Overtime. In 2025, employers must pay exempt. This represents a 3.4% increase from this year.

Effective january 1, 2025, an employee must earn at least $5,643.74 per month ($67,724.80 annually) and meet the “standard duties” test for executive, administrative, or professional. The new state minimum wage for 2025 is $16.28 an hour.
